Professor Ramesh Rajan, PhD is a neuroscientist who specializes in the study of the auditory system and in brain plasticity and the consequences of brain injury. His current work is primarily to study the perception of speech in human communication, and how different forms of brain injury, primarily in neurodegenerative diseases, affects this core human skill and impacts on daily life. Ramesh is Professor of Neurophysiology at Monash University, Australia.
