Redenlab presenting at upcoming INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS OF PARKINSON’S DISEASE AND MOVEMENT DISORDERS
Redenlab are presenting some of their work on Parkinson’s Disease and speech at the upcoming virtual Movement Disorders Society Conference starting on Friday, September 17 through Wednesday, September 22, 2021.
A Poster presentation on “Evaluation of Acoustic Features of Speech for Monitoring Parkinson’s Disease Progression” lead by Dr Michelle Magee and Prof Adam Vogel.
Posters will go live at the start of the conference and will be available to conference attendees.
“The study evaluated selected acoustic features in PWP with the aim of establishing their temporal stability and sensitivity relative to disease progression. Approximately 55% of acoustic features remained stable over time irrespective of PD disease course while 1 in 7 acoustic features were sensitive to change at 12 months.”
